Inspect and Assess
       Once we reach your home we carefully inspect your property’s mold damage, determining the type of mold damage and the areas affected. Mold feeds on cellulose and water and can be hidden from plain view. We use industry standard equipment to detect mold and hidden water sources.We will thoroughly take the proper pictures and document every thing that has been affected by the damage to submit to your home owners insurance company (additional payment options are available, please call). This is a crucial step to creating an effective plan of action that will result in a successful restoration of your home and belongings.

Mold Containment
      A containment is a  negative air chamber that is used to isolate the contaminated area with physical barriers and negative air pressure to keep the mold spores from spreading during the cleanup process. All fans and heating and cooling systems will be turned off to prevent the spread of mold. Our Restored Right team uses the exact containment procedure that fits your mold rescue need.

Air Filtration

​     Our Restored Right team uses specialized filtration equipment that allows the capture of microscopic mold spores out of the air. To prevent the spread of these mold spores while the mold remediation is in process we utilize our industry standard “air scrubbers” and HEPA vacuums.

Removing Mold and Mold-Impacted Materials
       Our team uses antifungal and antimicrobial treatments to eliminate mold colonies and to help prevent new colonies from forming. It may be necessary to remove and dispose of mold-infested porous materials, like drywall and carpeting, to remediate heavy mold growth. Depending on the amount of mold growth you have assessed in your home will determine the mold removal process.

Cleaning Contents and Belongings​

     Our Restored Right team are skilled with various cleaning and disinfectant techniques. We clean your furniture, decorative items, curtains, clothing, and other restorable items affected by mold. We’re also trained to remove odors and deodorization using our industry standard fogging equipment.

Restoration may involve minor repairs, such as replacing drywall, painting, and installing new carpet; or it may entail major repairs such as the reconstruction of various areas or rooms in a home or business.
