Once we reach your home we carefully inspect your property’s water damage, determining the type of water damage and the areas affected. We will thoroughly take the proper pictures and document every thing that has been affected by the damage to submit to your home owners insurance company. Water Extraction/Removal
Restored Right uses advanced equipment that is very powerful to extract hundreds of gallons of water during the removal process. We start this process as soon as possible to minimize further damage and to help prevent mold growth. Our certified and trained technicians are skilled in making sure your home assess minimal damage as possible. We ensure to protect your home from further damage and to leave your home neat as possible. We know this can be a very stressful time and we are here to make this process as smooth as possible.
Dehumidification/Dry Out
Once the majority of the water has been removed, Our team uses industry standard equipment and scientific drying methods to draw the remaining water and moisture from your property. This equipment is known as air movers and dehumidifiers. These pieces of equipment will be placed in a specific way, at an exact angle to ensure a proper dry out of the harder areas to access.
Sanitizing/Cleaning
Water moves fast and during a crisis many of your belongings in your home can be affected such as furniture, clothes and many other personal items. Our Restored Right team can clean restorable items using a number of specialized cleaning techniques. We also sanitize with antimicrobial treatments and remove odors using industrial air scrubbers and fogging equipment.
Restoration
The last step is restoring your home or business back to its pre-water damage condition. The restoration step can be relatively minor, such as replacing a few drywall panels, or could include major reconstruction, such as rebuilding entire rooms of a home or business.
